The Vestry is the leadership council of the parish. The Vestry manages the parish's operations, finances and property. Vestry members work closely with the Rector to define the mission and direction of the parish. Vestry members and Wardens are elected at the annual parish meeting. Members are elected at the Annual Parish Meeting and take office on Easter Monday. They serve a three-year term. One must be off of the
Vestry for one year before being eligible to again stand for election.
